As part of our drive to become a stable, self-sustaining magazine we have decided to offer advertising at a competitive rate. We are particularly keen that ordinary folk like writers, workshop facilitators, editors, proof readers etc are able to reach a wider audience and we understand that, especially in the current climate, the literary industry, and especially the self-employed people working within that industry, are facing financial difficulties. We think our prices reflect our mission to make the literary arts accessible to those in rural areas, and those on lower incomes.
Who can advertise with us?
Advertisements must be tailored to the literary arts. If you, for example, run a hotel or B&B and wish to advertise in Spelt, you must offer yourselves as a place to stay for a specific literary event, or have a link to the literary world (i.e. hotels in Haworth for visits to the parsonage). You do not have to be located rurally to advertise in Spelt, but please make sure that you have accessible contact details such as website links, email or telephone numbers. We encourage advertisers to think about how accessible their events are to the rural audience.

How to advertise with us
Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org to check availability. We have limited space for advertisements. And we will guide you from there.
